Interactive Whiteboards for Effective Primary Science

Introduction

This Continuing Professional Development unit has been designed for colleagues who have not yet got an Interactive Whiteboard or those who are in the early stages of using one.

The Objective

You will be given a brief overview of what an Interactive Whiteboard is, how to use pen tools, printed text and insert an image.

All Continuing Professional Development Units are created and written by education professionals who have given their time and expertise to the project.

Using this CPDU

This CPDU uses a large quantity of video clips and other images. It is best viewed using a broadband connection and may take some time to open. The sample lesson included is particularly large and may not be fully accessible with a dial up connection.
