The Cams Hill Science Consortium, Hampshire - Improving pedagogy and cross phase progression through enriching the curriculum through a collaboratively planned sequence of lessons and activities in Years 6 and 7.

A Key Stage 2/3 transfer project involving 3 secondary schools each working with at least 3 primary schools.
