Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council - Improving the transition experiences of pupils and the quality of their learning in science by having a planned programme of study and activities during the Year 6 - Year 7 transfer.
- A Key Stage 2/3 transfer project involving teachers and support staff from 6 schools.
